Cementaprise Ltd is a not for profit social enterprise, meaning that we are a business formed with social objectives - in our case, to break down barriers to learning and recruitment in the
construction sector.

You can think of Cementaprise as a special kind of 'training and recruitment' agency.

We liaise with employers, candidates and project sponsors in order to provide work placement, short and long-term employment opportunities. For those wishing to enter self employment or start their own business we also have a range of support available.

As a Candidate, you can also undertake a unique blend of bite-size training, personal support and work placement learning through the Cement project. We can also offer you support to gain the CSCS 'Health and Safety' card, so essential when working in the construction industry.

As an Employer, you have the means to solve the issues of skills shortages and recruitment within the construction industry; by accessing a ready-made workforce.
